Why it exists
Every strategy is agreed twice: once in the room, and once in the car park afterwards. The car park version is the one that gets delivered. Get Knowledge exists to close the gap between the two.
When delivery slips, most organisations add more governance, another dashboard or a new tool. It feels like control, and it usually makes the gap wider. We start somewhere else: with how leaders behave, the conversations they have, and how the work itself is designed.
It's rarely a capability problem. It's almost always a conversation problem.
